The short version
The Ouvare website uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your choices, and a third-party script to count visits anonymously. It uses no advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels and no social media tracking tags. You can clear everything described here at any time.
What is stored in your browser
The site writes two items to your browser localStorage. localStorage is similar to a cookie, but it stays in your browser and is not sent to the server with each request.
| Item | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Language choice | Remembers the language you picked so that pages open in it next time | Until you clear site data |
| Cookie-notice choice | Remembers that you have seen and answered the cookie notice, so it is not shown again | Until you clear site data |
Neither item contains your name, email address or anything that identifies you personally. They are needed for the site to behave as you expect.
Statistics script
The site loads a third-party statistics script from spst2.com. It collects anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed, the referring site, the type of device and the approximate region. We use the figures to learn which pages are helpful and which need work. The statistics are not used to build advertising profiles, and Ouvare does not combine them with the details you enter in the quote form.
What we do not use
- No advertising cookies and no advertising networks.
- No remarketing or retargeting pixels.
- No sale or sharing of browsing data for marketing.
- No fingerprinting techniques designed to follow you across sites.
How to clear or block stored items
- Open your browser settings and find the privacy or site data section.
- Search for this website, or open the site and use the browser site information panel.
- Remove the stored site data. The language and cookie-notice choices will be reset, and the notice may appear again.
- To block the statistics script, use a content blocker or your browser tracking-protection setting. The site works normally without it.
Clearing the data does not delete anything you have sent through the quote form. For that, email mark@fulveraglobal.com as described in the privacy policy.
Your consent and choices
The two localStorage items are needed for the site to remember your preferences, so they are set without asking. The statistics script is anonymous, and you can decline it through your browser settings or a content blocker at any time. If you answer the cookie notice, the answer is stored so that the question is not repeated on every page. Changing your mind is simple: clear the site data and the notice returns.
Changes and questions
If we add or change storage, this page will be updated first. The rules for using the site are in the terms of use. For questions about this policy, write to mark@fulveraglobal.com.
