Who is responsible
This website is operated by Ouvare, an incense bead sourcing desk and a FULVERA sourcing brand, with its operations office in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. For any question about personal data, write to mark@fulveraglobal.com.
Data you send through the quote form
When you submit the quote form, your browser sends the entries to our own endpoint, /api/inquiry, on this site. We do not pass them to an advertising or marketing platform. The stored fields are:
- company name and your name;
- email address and WhatsApp or phone number;
- website address, if you provide one;
- requirement fields: product line, bead size, quantity, target market, packaging and any message you write;
- the page URL from which you sent the form;
- your IP address and country, recorded automatically for spam control.
Please do not put sensitive personal information into the free-text field; it is not needed to prepare a quotation.
Where the data is stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, which runs on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. They are viewed only through a password-protected admin page by the Ouvare and FULVERA sales team members who handle quotations. Data is not published, and access is limited to staff who need it to reply.
Why we use it
The purpose is to reply to your request: to prepare a quotation, propose samples and keep a record of the conversation. IP address and country are used to filter spam and abuse. We do not use the data for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Data is kept as long as needed for the business relationship, including sample and order follow-up and the records that go with them. Requests that lead nowhere are not kept for longer than is reasonable for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing mark@fulveraglobal.com; we will confirm once it is removed, except where a record must be kept for a legal obligation.
Statistics, localStorage and cookies
The site loads a third-party statistics script from spst2.com, which collects anonymous visit statistics such as pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate region. It is used to understand which pages are useful. The site stores two choices in your browser localStorage: your chosen language and your cookie-notice choice. We do not use advertising cookies and do not run advertising pixels or remarketing. For details and how to clear stored items, see the cookie policy.
International transfers
The site team is in China, the database and content delivery run on Cloudflare infrastructure in several regions, and you may be elsewhere. By sending the form you understand that your data may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. We apply the access limits described above, and we will tell you which safeguards apply if you ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses and to receive a copy. Email mark@fulveraglobal.com from the address you used on the form so we can find the record. If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully you may also contact the data protection authority in your country.

If we change how data is handled, this page will be updated. Read the terms of use for the rules on using this site.
