How the range is organised

The range is grouped by what the buyer does with it, not by workshop. Incense bead bracelets are the core: sandalwood, agarwood, goose pear, 108-bead meditation strands and silver sets. Pendants and hangings cover incense tablets, car and bag charms and the bracelet and sachet set. Incense goods and tools cover stick and pill gift boxes plus sandalwood combs and burner tools. Loose beads and custom formulas serve brands that build their own designs or want a formula of their own. If the category is new to you, what blended incense beads are explains the basics in one page.

Every line page carries the same data: composition by weight, the standard specification (bead size, count, weight, scent), options worth specifying and the inspection plan. That consistency is deliberate, because it lets you compare lines before you ask for samples.

Choosing by channel

The same bead sells differently depending on where it is sold. A few patterns the desk sees repeatedly:

  • Fragrance and lifestyle brands usually start with sandalwood or agarwood bracelets, then add an incense tablet or a goose pear version as a second SKU. See programs for fragrance brands.
  • Yoga and meditation studios need 108-bead strands and small, mixed first orders. See studio programs.
  • Temple and retreat shops favour traditional formulas, plain packaging and incense sticks or pills alongside strands.
  • Gift and corporate buyers look at sets: bracelet and sachet, incense gift boxes, engraved tablets, with lettering and a card.
  • Jewelry brands care about hole size, spacers and findings, so the silver set and loose beads fit them best.
  • E-commerce sellers value small, light parcels, repeat orders and a document pack that stands up to marketplace questions.

Choosing by scent direction

Scent is sensory, and descriptions here are descriptions of smell, not claims about effects. Sandalwood beads read creamy, milky and warm. Agarwood beads read deeper, resinous and longer-lasting on the skin. Goose pear beads open sweet and fruity over a dark wood base. Incense tablets and sachets can follow any of these. If you are unsure, order a small sampler of two or three directions and let your own customers respond; the agarwood versus sandalwood comparison is a good place to start.

Budget tiers are relative and shown in words on purpose: the cost of a program depends on material grade, bead size, findings and packaging, and a price quoted without those is not useful.

Choosing by format and quantity

Format decides minimums more than anything else. Stock bracelets typically start from 50-200 pieces per design, private-label packaging from about 300-1,000 pieces, custom formulas from about 500 pieces with sample rounds, loose beads from 1-5 kg per bead size and incense gift boxes from 200-500 boxes. These are typical reference ranges, confirmed in writing for each program, and the MOQ and lead time page explains what moves them. A sensible path for a new brand is a stock sampler first, then a private-label run once the winners are clear.

Materials and documents behind every line

Agarwood lines ship with export documents per lot because the genus is listed in CITES Appendix II. Sandalwood origin is stated per lot rather than hidden behind a trade name. Binders are nanmu bark powder and honey, with no synthetic fragrance oil in the standard specification, confirmed in writing. Silver and metal findings carry a material declaration. Read compliance for the full list.

Next step

Pick the closest row in the table, open the line page, and send the quote form with bead size, quantity, target market and packaging. The desk replies with a shortlist and a sample plan. Questions about process come first? See the FAQ.

Questions buyers ask

Which product should a new brand start with?

A sandalwood bracelet in 8 mm is the usual first SKU because the scent is easy to describe and the specification is simple. Add agarwood or goose pear later as a premium step. See the sandalwood bracelet page.

Can I mix several lines in one first order?

Yes. Mixed samplers across two or three lines are common, and the desk consolidates them into one parcel. Minimums are counted per design, so mixing raises the total quantity more than the per-design start.

Do you publish prices?

No. Cost depends on material grade, bead size, findings, packaging and quantity, so quotes are prepared per program after a brief. The selection table shows relative budget tiers in words only.

Are the beads suitable for sale in the EU and US?

Beads are supplied with an ingredient declaration and material statements for any metal findings, which you then check against your target market. See compliance for what is documented.

Can products be branded with my logo?

Yes: engraved tablets, printed cards, woven labels and custom gift boxes are common. See OEM and private label for what runs on which minimum.

Send the lines you need, the bead size, the quantity per design and your market. The desk replies in writing with sample options, the formula sheet and the reference MOQ.
