The site is operated by Ouvare, an incense bead sourcing desk and a FULVERA sourcing brand with an operations office in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. It is intended for trade buyers and is not a consumer shop.
Information purpose
Pages describe product lines, materials, processes and services so that you can brief a program. They are general information, not a specification for any particular order. Photographs and illustrations show typical results, and natural materials vary in color, grain and scent from lot to lot. The specification that applies to your order is the one confirmed in writing for it.
Reference ranges and quotations
Minimum order quantities, sample times, production times and shipping times shown on the site are typical reference ranges. They are not commitments. They are confirmed in writing for each program, and they can differ with material grade, bead size, season and workshop schedules. Prices are not published. No offer, contract or obligation arises from reading the site or sending the quote form; a binding offer exists only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it on the terms stated there. Scent descriptions and health statements
Scent descriptions such as creamy, resinous or sweet are sensory descriptions of how a material smells. Where traditional use is mentioned, it is mentioned as tradition. The site makes no health claims, and nothing on it is health advice. Buyers who resell incense beads are responsible for the wording of their own product copy and for the rules of their own markets.
Compliance in your market
Information about CITES, sandalwood origin, metal findings or market regulations is provided for orientation. The importer remains responsible for checking requirements in its own country. Documents are provided per lot as described on the compliance page.
Intellectual property
The text, images, layout, formula sheets and structure of this site belong to Ouvare or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or sell the content, or present it as your own, without written permission. Quoting short extracts with attribution and a link is fine. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners and appear only where necessary.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no automated flooding of the quote form, no attempts to reach the admin area or other users' data, no uploading of harmful code. We may block traffic that does. Information you send must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it.
Limits of liability
We aim to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Ouvare and FULVERA are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on general information that was not confirmed in a written quotation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data sent through the site is handled as described in the privacy policy. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies from the time it appears.
Governing law and contact
