A sourcing desk, not a workshop
Ouvare does not own a kiln, a rolling table or a drying room. What it does is match a buyer's brief to partner workshops, bead ateliers and packing houses in the Fujian and Guangdong incense clusters, write the formula and specification down, check each lot before it ships and organise the freight. That separation matters for two reasons. First, hand-rolled incense beads are made by small ateliers whose strengths differ: one steams a good goose pear base, another rolls precise 6 mm beads, a third packs gift boxes well. Second, a buyer is better served by someone who can compare them than by a single supplier that promises everything.
For the geography behind this, see industry clusters. For how partners are chosen, see how workshops are audited.
Relationship to FULVERA
Ouvare is a sourcing brand of FULVERA, an export sourcing group whose main site is https://fulveraglobal.com. The brand focuses on one category, incense beads and related goods, while FULVERA provides the shared back office: inquiry handling, the sales team, document preparation and logistics coordination. When you send a request here it is handled by the Ouvare and FULVERA sales team. Product claims, formula sheets and lot records are kept at the Ouvare desk level, so a buyer deals with one accountable contact.
How programs run
- Brief: you send product type, bead size, quantity, target market and packaging through the quote form.
- Shortlist: the desk proposes one or two partner workshops and a formula sheet for the line.
- Samples: stock beads in 5-10 working days; custom formula samples in 15-25 days, including drying and aging.
- Production: typically 25-40 days for regular batches, with inspection points agreed beforehand.
- Inspection and documents: diameter, weight, hole, surface and scent checked against the retained sample; documents prepared per lot.
- Shipping: parcel, air or sea, packed against moisture. See the sourcing process.
Time ranges are typical references and are confirmed in writing for each program. The MOQ and lead time page shows what changes them.
Where the office is
The operations office is in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China: Room 1304, Building 16, Yuehua Garden, Yalin Future Community, Huangtian Street. It is an office for coordination, sample handling and documents. It is not a production site, and production does not happen there. Visits to partner workshops are arranged separately and are described in factory audit.
What we do not do
- No health claims. Incense beads are described by scent and tradition. We do not say that a bead has any effect on the body or on health, and we ask buyers not to do so in their own copy.
- No published prices. Cost depends on grade, size, findings, packaging and quantity, so quotes are made per program.
- No undeclared oils. Standard specifications carry no synthetic fragrance oil and no industrial glue, and any change is confirmed in writing.
- No invented credentials. We do not list certificates, customers or capacity figures that cannot be shown. Case studies are illustrative and anonymous.
- No promises beyond the sheet. What is not in the written specification is not part of the order.
Why a desk model suits incense beads
Incense beads look simple and are not. Two bracelets with the same listed ingredients can differ in density, drying, aging and scent because the workshop hands, the season and the humidity differ. A buyer ordering from several sources ends up with several quality standards. The desk model puts one set of written specifications and one inspection routine across the partners, so that the third lot smells like the first, and so that a problem has one person to call. It also lets us say no: when a workshop cannot hold the tolerance, or a brief asks for something that cannot be made honestly, we say so before samples are made.
Who we work with
Fragrance and lifestyle brands, gift and corporate buyers, yoga and meditation studios, temple and retreat shops, jewelry brands and e-commerce sellers. See programs by buyer and illustrative case studies. If your brief does not fit any of them, send it anyway; the desk will say plainly whether it can source it.
